Do I have to use all your services if we book you?
Of course not! Our additional services are available to you if you want to use them! We work with fantastic vendors in this industry and your free to use us, them or someone you found on your own!
How early should we start planning our wedding?How early should we hire a coordinator or planner?
Anywhere from 1 to 2 years prior to the wedding date is a good time to start planning. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, many venues and vendors have their books open for 1 to 2 years in advance. You’ll want to get a contract signed to ensure the vendors and venue you love are available.
We are currently booking for 2020 & 2021. We already have many bookings for both years. We recommend the sooner you have your venue and date contracted you book your planner and/or coordinator.
How many weddings do you book a weekend?
We only book up to 2 weddings a weekend depending on the guest counts, and services this is to make sure we have plenty of time to give our clients and give all of our attention to you!
Where will you travel?
We have offices in Northwood, Ohio, Cleveland, OH, Detroit, MI and Chicago, IL.. We do travel outside of these areas and will go where needed!
How do we go about booking any service?
By emailing, calling or filling out the contact form on our website. We will schedule a free, no obligation consultation with you to make sure we are a good fit and that we can meet your needs via e-mail, phone or in office which ever works best for you!
Most consultations take about 1 hour if in person or over the phone. E-mails we ask a few detailed questions and go from there.

I have a venue coordinator what is the difference?
A venue coordinator oversees the on site staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time, etc. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the event or they have other events they are overseeing on property during the same time.
Our wedding coordinators work only for you to make sure every aspect runs smoothly, great all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your having a great time!
